      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Convert customer data from competitive databases to employer's Motility databases
      - Maintain effective working relationships with customers during the conversion process
      - Support remote and field-based trainers and field engineers throughout conversions
      - Develop and maintain knowledge of competitive products and enhancements to employer's product lines
      - Understand system environments, integration, and connectivity for various product lines

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven experience in data analysis or related field
      - Strong communication skills for effective customer interaction
      - Ability to work collaboratively with team members and clients
      - Familiarity with database management and data conversion processes
      - Detail-oriented with a focus on quality results

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with software solutions in the data analytics industry
      - Knowledge of system integration and connectivity principles
      - Previous experience in customer support or training roles
