- Operating the motion capture system during recording sessions.
- Assisting in setting up props and stage layout for shoots.
- Processing mocap data, including solving and retargeting.
- Collaborating with the team on pipeline improvements.
- Participating in pre-production planning meetings.
- Maintaining and supporting studio equipment.
- At least 2 years of experience working with motion capture in a production environment.
- Experience with Shogun or Blade software.
- Familiarity with Autodesk MotionBuilder or Maya.
- Basic scripting skills (e.g., Python, HSL, JavaScript) or a willingness to learn.
- Detail-oriented and dependable in high-pressure environments.
- Open to feedback, learning, and sharing knowledge.
- Strong communication skills and comfort with public interaction.
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
- Office-First: working primarily from the Warsaw office.
- Relocation to Poland is required for those residing abroad.

Job Description
CD PROJEKT RED is looking for a Motion Capture Specialist to join our studio in Warsaw. In this hands-on role, you’ll be involved in both mocap session preparation and post-processing. You’ll also support our team in enhancing our tools and stage setups, gaining exposure to advanced workflows while making a direct impact on our animation quality.
