- Shape and evolve accessiBe’s visual language across motion, video, and AI-driven content.
- Bring product experiences to life through thoughtful, expressive motion design that conveys emotion, clarity, and brand personality.
- Concept, design, animate, shoot, and edit video content for marketing campaigns, product storytelling, tutorials, and social platforms.
- Create motion that supports narrative flow, enhances usability, and strengthens emotional connection with users.
- Utilize modern AI creative tools (e.g., Sora, Runway, Weavy, etc.) to explore new visual directions and optimize creative workflows.
- Collaborate closely with Content, Product, HR, and Marketing teams on cross-company projects.
- Produce video ads, animated components, product demos, social media assets, and more.
- Take ownership of projects end-to-end, from early sketches to final delivery.
- Set up and manage lighting, record high-quality audio, and ensure smooth production during shoots.
- Create and maintain an organized motion design system and video asset library.
- 3+ years of experience as a Motion Designer in a product company or creative studio.
- Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication from Bezalel, Shenkar, or HIT — must.
- Master-level proficiency in After Effects — deep understanding of animation principles, workflows, and advanced techniques.
- Proficiency with video editing tools.
- Strong conceptual and visual design skills - able to combine motion, typography, layout, color, rhythm, and storytelling.
- Strong art direction mindset - understanding how to develop a concept, define a visual language, and maintain consistency across video and motion assets.
- Ability to translate abstract ideas and product needs into emotion-driven, impactful motion that enhances user experience and brand storytelling.
- Experience in video production: shooting, lighting, audio recording, and basic color grading.
- Familiarity with AI creative tools such as Sora, Runway, Weavy, etc.
- High-level English (written and spoken).
