      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support recruitment, orientation, scheduling, and deployment of motorsports team members
      - Collaborate with emergency service partners for coordinated response efforts
      - Build and maintain relationships with customers, venues, and medical community stakeholders
      - Assist in the preparation and distribution of motorsports equipment and supplies
      - Ensure timely delivery of event coordination communications to team members and racing officials

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or GED required
      - Minimum of 3 years of operational leadership experience
      - Current EMT or Paramedic certification preferred
      - Valid driver’s license required
      - Strong communication and organizational skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Associate degree preferred
      - Experience in EMS, motorsport, public safety, or event operations
      - Proficiency in preparing reports and operational documentation
      - Ability to manage changing priorities and support emergent operational demands
