What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee recruitment, orientation, scheduling, and deployment of motorsports team members
- Collaborate with emergency service partners for coordinated response efforts
- Maintain relationships with customers, venues, agencies, and medical community stakeholders
- Ensure operational readiness of motorsports equipment and supplies
- Confirm staffing and logistics plans for upcoming events
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid driver’s license required
- Current EMT or Paramedic certification preferred
- CPR certification preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of operational leadership experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Associate degree preferred
- Experience in EMS, motorsport, public safety, or event operations
- Strong communication and team leadership skills
- Knowledge of EMS operations and emergency response procedures
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in fast-paced environments
