      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support the recruitment, orientation, scheduling, and deployment of motorsports team members
      - Collaborate with public and private emergency service partners for coordinated response efforts
      - Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, venues, agencies, and medical stakeholders
      - Ensure operational readiness of motorsports functions, including logistics and equipment management
      - Confirm completion and submission of all required documentation following on-track activities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or GED required
      - Valid driver’s license required
      - Current EMT or Paramedic certification preferred
      - Minimum of 3+ years of operational leadership experience
      - Strong communication, interpersonal, and team leadership skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Associate degree preferred
      - Experience in EMS, motorsport, public safety, or event operations strongly preferred
      - Knowledge of EMS operations and emergency response procedures
      - Proficiency in preparing reports and operational documentation
      - Ability to adapt quickly and manage changing priorities
