What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee day-to-day operations for the motorsports safety team, including scheduling and logistics
- Coordinate with emergency service partners to ensure effective response efforts
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders in the medical community
- Assist in the organization and distribution of motorsports equipment and supplies
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and timely reporting of activities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 3 years of operational leadership experience
- Valid driver’s license required
- Current EMT or Paramedic certification preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Associate degree preferred
- Experience in EMS, motorsport, public safety, or event operations
- Proficiency in preparing reports and operational documentation
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in fast-paced environments
- Knowledge of EMS operations and emergency response procedures
