      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing small business clients to identify payment needs and recommend tailored solutions
      - Respond to inbound inquiries and referrals from the branch network, providing consultative support
      - Upsell products to Business Essentials customers and manage objections
      - Act as a virtual extension of branch teams, ensuring seamless handoffs and consistent customer experience
      - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and meet sales goals and customer satisfaction metrics

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2+ years of experience in sales, payments, or financial services, preferably in a virtual or hybrid environment
      - Strong understanding of small business needs and digital payment solutions
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Comfortable making outbound calls and handling high-volume inquiries
      - Proficient in CRM systems

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working with businesses under $2.5MM in revenue
      - Background in merchant services, business banking, or fintech
      - Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
