Job Description

- directing patient flow through the department,
- greeting and escorting/transporting patients within the imaging department and back to the patient room or Emergency Department.
- Must be able to anticipate, initiate, and respond to the departmental and customer needs, work independently and maintain productivity and workflow.
- Other duties include, but are not limited to, stocking the exam rooms and supply rooms,
- preparing the room for the next patients arrival.GA
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Licensure/Certification/Registration: Current American Heart Association BLS certification is required
- Experience: No previous healthcare experience is required, but a knowledge of the healthcare setting, specifically imaging, is preferred.
- Special Qualifications: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills.
