      Join Our Team of Aviation Experts!

      We are looking for experienced Engine Mechanic to join our amazing team. This position is for our 1st shift (5:30 AM to 2:00 PM) Plus, you'll receive a tooling sign-on bonus of $1,500!

      What You'll Do:

      • Assist experienced mechanics with engine disassembly and reassembly.
      • Clean and prepare engine components for inspection.
      • Learn to use specialized tools and measuring instruments.
      • Follow detailed technical procedures and specifications.
      • Document work performed according to quality standards.
      • Participate in hands-on training to develop technical skills.
      • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
      • Support both commercial aviation clients and industrial power customers.

      What You Bring:

      • Mechanical aptitude and interest in aircraft engines.
      • Basic understanding of mechanical systems.
      • Ability to follow detailed instructions.
      • Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.
      • Willingness to learn and accept guidance.
      • Reliable attendance and punctuality.
      • Basic computer skills.

      Preferred Qualifications:

      • Technical school education in aviation maintenance or mechanical fields.
      • Previous experience in aviation, automotive, or industrial mechanics.
      • Familiarity with hand tools and measuring instruments.
      • Understanding of basic mechanical principles.

      Requirements:

      • High School diploma or equivalent
      • Must be able to read, communicate and understand English per FAA requirements
      • Physical ability to safely work around large engines
      • Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
