      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform complex analysis, design, development, testing, and support services for assigned applications
      - Oversee day-to-day tracking and follow-up on operational issues and questions
      - Participate in applications analysis and impact analysis of new or different applications and processes
      - Provide advanced application support and technical guidance to end users and less experienced personnel
      - Develop testing scripts and participate in testing activities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in a health, science, or business field, or an equivalent level of professional experience
      - Minimum of three years of progressively responsible experience in information applications, including one year performing programming or applications analysis
      - Experience as a provider, clinician, or ancillary services in system implementation may be substituted for specific experience
      - Demonstrated competence in analysis and problem-solving principles, with an emphasis on user relations and data gathering techniques
      - Familiarity with developing technical specifications, problem analysis, and application integration

      - Experience working in a laboratory environment
      - Additional certifications related to health, science, or business fields
