      Job Description:
      This job is responsible for significant contributions to the development and delivery of the overall marketing strategy for a portfolio of medium to large programs, products, and processes. Key responsibilities include using data to inform marketing program deliverables, interacting actively with multiple business partners to support priorities and project direction and using advanced logic to make complex decisions and judgements with a noticeable impact felt on functional results. Job expectations include identifying risks and opportunities and defining and delivering strategic solutions.

      • Leads a team of associates that are responsible for building all digital and Point of Sale card applications

      • Manage team capacity versus request volume

      • Own and manage the Single Process Inventory for Digital Card Applications

      • Maintain and enhance development processes for the team.

      • Work with Card LOB on projects and execution of new functionality for card applications

      • Work with digital card marketing partners on the execution for affinity partner requests

      • Ensure team output is error free through auditing and proofing

      • Work with internal tech teams on issues/builds within our process

      • Lead special projects associated with the building of source codes and applications.

      Required Skills:

      • Working knowledge of digital card platform including application flow source code tracking schema

      • Understanding of Chrome developer tools and extensions to troubleshoot targeting, tracking and page tags. Experience/Background in Technology.

      • Understanding of Offers Management and system dependencies.

      • Analytics and reporting experience with bank systems (Microstrategy, Celebrus, Adobe Analytics platforms).

      • Knowledge of pivot tables, Power Query and macros in Excel needed.

      • Tag manager experience with Tealium or other similar platforms.

      • Provides input during creative review routines to provide creative feedback and ensure customer experience alignment with strategy, measurement requirements, and channel fit guidelines.

      • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic working environment.

      Desired Skills:

      Pay and benefits information

      Pay range

      $99,000.00 - $160,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

      Discretionary incentive eligible

      This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
