Job summary
An exciting opportunity has become available within Central Cheshire Integrated Care Partnership (CCICP) to join our innovative and friendly team of Physiotherapists as a Band 4 Physiotherapy Assistant. There is a part time MSK post available (21.5 hrs a week) and is based at Leighton Hospital outpatients.
Your application should detail your experience to date and give clear reasons for applying for this post. An Assistant Practitioner (AP) qualification is essential for this role.
Our mentorship programme offers regular supervision, setting objectives, promoting self-analysis and development. Your development will be supported.
You will benefit from regular CPD with access to advice and support from our Physiotherapists, receiving Peer Review sessions, and participating in in-service training.
If you are a motivated individual who likes to work within a supportive Physiotherapy framework, developing independent working and wishes to gain experience in the wider health community we would like to hear from you.
Main duties of the job
You will provide clinical assessment and treatment of patients referred with musculoskeletal conditions e.g. post-operative patients referred via orthopaedics.
You will independently manage your own daily caseload as part of the physiotherapy team.
