      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Source candidates primarily via telephone and cold calling to fill open positions for client hospitals and facilities
      - Maintain and update candidate profiles in the database
      - Prequalify candidates by determining their fit for open positions
      - Provide candidates with information regarding position requirements, market conditions, and location
      - Submit qualified candidates to recruiters and maintain communication with them as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; college degree or coursework preferred
      - 1-2 years of experience in a recruiting environment preferred
      - Strong communication skills for effective candidate interaction
      - Ability to maintain candidate profiles and follow up on pending candidates
      - Proficiency in using databases and recruitment tools

      - Experience in healthcare recruitment or staffing
      - Familiarity with candidate sourcing strategies and techniques
      - Strong networking abilities to develop a pipeline of qualified candidates
      - Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
