What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Communicate with the Hospital Account Manager and travelers regarding availability and assignment changes
- Ensure timely updates on the schedule availability of all active travelers
- Collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth onboarding for travel employees
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential travel candidates through various recruiting sources
- Conduct weekly quality control calls to maintain traveler satisfaction and retention
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1-3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in the healthcare sector
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Basic knowledge of MS Outlook, Excel, and MS Word

- Experience in healthcare recruiting or related fields
- Proven ability to generate referrals from current and former candidates
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with diverse personalities
- Self-starter with organizational and follow-through skills
