- Inbound call processing: Handle incoming calls from clients with a focus on providing assistance related to Plan Help and Plan Sponsors.
- Outbound call processing: Initiate outbound calls to address business discussions and personal 401k matters, ensuring a proactive and client-focused approach.
- Quality review of transactions: Meticulously review transactions for precision and accuracy, recognizing the vital importance of accuracy in this role.
- Client engagement: Provide specialized assistance in handling Plan Sponsor-related inquiries, both in business discussions and personal 401k matters.
- Interdepartmental collaboration: Actively liaise with other departments to resolve problems, address inquiries, and provide comprehensive support.
- Cross-functional training: Actively participate in cross-training initiatives across various departments to broaden your knowledge and skill set.
- Exceptional communication skills, encompassing both verbal and written communication.
- Proficiency in computer navigation and typing, with a minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute and a high degree of accuracy.
- Comprehensive knowledge of retirement plans and account details.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and consistently meet established deadlines.
- Proficiency in research, analytical thinking, and problem resolution.

- High School Diploma or equivalent required
