As a Multi-Life Enrollment Analyst, you will collaborate with areas of the Multi-Life department to assure the best customer experience from the beginning of the process. Strong communication and analytical skills are prerequisites in this role, but the day-to-day work will offer challenges on a range of business skills like project participation, creative problem solving, and strategy!

      You will

      • Analyze data received on the Census provided by corporate clients for new and re-enrollment cases

      • Prepare Multi Life system for upload of census data and enrollment setup

      • Input appropriate information based on the Census data to produce timely and accurate output for clients

      • Partner with Account Managers and Underwriters to coordinate timing and details of enrollment

      • Participate in cross functional training

      You have

      • Strong written and verbal communication skills

      • Strong technical skills and understanding, including Microsoft software products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

      • Strong documentation, organizational and administrative skills

      Salary Range

      $47,230.00 - $70,840.00

      The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
