      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Recruit, onboard, train, and manage Regional Belonging Ambassadors
      - Serve as a key point of contact for Advocacy team
      - Track team KPIs and ensure timely execution of key deliverables
      - Provide mentorship for career development
      - Oversee budget management and ensure delivery of programming objectives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma; Bachelor’s degree preferred
      - Bartender and/or Hospitality management experience required
      - 7+ years of work experience in the hospitality industry
      - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
      - Ability to manage multiple projects and budgets effectively

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Brand ambassador experience or experience as a brand consultant
      - Expertise in cocktail development and drink consultancy
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
      - Flexibility to travel and work nights and weekends
      - Strong community connections and cultural relevance awareness
