What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Write and execute audio-first ad campaigns from concept through production
- Participate in and lead brainstorming sessions and collaborative projects

- Work directly with client and partner teams to pitch creative ideas
- Adapt creative strategies to effectively target diverse audiences
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of copywriting experience (agency experience is a plus)
- Fluency and strong writing skills in both English and Spanish
- Portfolio showcasing compelling creative work across various mediums, including audio
- Outstanding collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to self-motivate and manage multiple project deadlines
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Passion for music, podcasts, and/or audio
- Strong attention to detail with self-proofreading and editing skills
- Previous experience in multicultural advertising or marketing
