- Support the organization in finding the right talents by assessing both skills and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with the department to define job requirements and develop a recruiting strategy.
- Utilize innovative channels: active sourcing, job boards, university networks.
- Conduct video and phone interviews.
- Present candidates to the departments.
- Ensure an efficient selection process.
- Create a positive candidate and manager experience.
- Focus on Language Skills:
- Fluent in Croatian and English.
- At least one additional language from the Western Balkan states or Romanian.
- Completed education or degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field.
- Passion for finding and hiring talent.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Organizational talent and the ability to work independently.
- Work in a dynamic, diverse environment.
