What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide decision support and conduct problem research, designing impactful metrics and data stories for actionable recommendations
- Lead strategic projects using descriptive and predictive analytics, and address complex business challenges
- Design and implement experiments to assess the impact of operational changes on customer experience
- Build and maintain reporting tools and machine learning models for scalable insights delivery
- Mentor and advance junior data analysts through community practices and training sessions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 4 years of experience for senior roles or 2 years for intermediate roles in data & analytics
- Strong leadership and project management skills, particularly in executing large analytics initiatives
- Proficiency in advanced statistical modeling and machine learning techniques
- Effective communication skills for data storytelling to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Proficiency with SQL, Power BI, and Python for data analysis and automation
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a retail environment and familiarity with experiment design
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Self-starting attitude with the ability to influence others in fast-paced environments
- Advanced proficiency with SQL, Power BI, and Python for complex data tasks
