      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - File business registrations and rental registrations in various municipalities
      - Update municipalities about move-ins/move-outs, vacancies, and new properties
      - Track properties in the portfolio to ensure compliance with registration requirements
      - Collect and record necessary documentation for each property
      - Interface with municipal employees to maintain proper filings and escalate any notices

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
      - Professional customer service skills for interacting with diverse municipal organizations
      - Effective decision-making skills and initiative
      - Basic clerical skills, including accurate data entry and filing
      - Valid driver's license is a requirement

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 1-3 years of office experience
      - Experience in property management or compliance
      - Notary certification
