What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prepare publishing royalties for distribution, including allocating royalty statements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy of royalty data
- Work with third parties to resolve royalty-related issues
- Compare multiple sources of data and update records consistently
- Support Publishing with retrieving and allocating statements for publishing payments
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma and/or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field, STEM major preferred
- Previous experience in music publishing royalties
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to be highly detail-oriented
- Excellent technical and analytical experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to follow through
