What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate with key vendors to manage deliverables, documentation, and production schedules
- Oversee communication channels, digital infrastructure, and asset management for the studio
- Collaborate with internal teams to create and publish content across social media platforms
- Provide operational and administrative support to studio leadership and cross-functional teams
- Track progress of projects and maintain organization of shared resources and project documentation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience in creative operations, social media management, or film/digital production coordination
- Passion for animal welfare and the ability to work in a positive, empathetic environment
- Experience with social media management tools and platform analytics
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana and communication platforms like Slack
- Experience in grant-related or partner storytelling logistics
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite for media production
- Previous experience in a non-profit or mission-driven organization
- Ability to engage and build relationships with diverse stakeholders
