Nanny & Family Manager - Long Term Position

- Feeding, changing, and engaging our 3-month-old daughter in age-appropriate activities.
- Help our son after preschool from 3 pm to 4 pm with an after-school snack and care
- Family management responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, meal planning, children's laundry, dishes, tidying children's things, schedules, misc. errands for the family.
- Certified in infant cpr
- Dependable and flexible schedule (preferably someone taking online, night, weekend classes, or graduated)
- Experience caring for infants and toddlers
- Taking or having taken early childhood education or child development classes (preferred)
- Likes dogs
- Active and present
- Self-provided transportation to our home
- Non-smoker
- Positive
- Confidently handle the daily tasks involved in managing a busy family
- Strong problem-solving skills that can independently see a problem and fix it
Department Overview:
We are both working executives in our 30's with demanding work schedules. We have 2 kids, Finn who is 4, and Ella who is 3 months old. We have 2 dogs Huck and Piper, and Finn has a Betta fish named Mr. Bubbles. We are a highly energetic family and would love someone to help care for our daughter when we are working, and who can help take the stress off of managing a family.
Anticipated Start Date
2/4/26 Anticipated Hours Per Week
24 to 40 Schedule:
Start Date: starting February 4, 2026.
*The start date can be flexible anytime in February.
The schedule is also flexible, with full-time or part-time options.
The part-time option would be Wednesday - Friday during the day, 8 am - 4 pm; the full-time option would be Monday - Friday*, 8 am - 4 pm.
*Monday and Tuesday would be solely family management responsibilities as the infant will be with her grandma. There is an option to leave early on Monday & Tuesday if needed.
Possibility for more hours if parents have to work late.
Salary/Wage Range:
Hourly $22.00 to $24.00 Number Of Positions

Long-Term (1 yr+) Nanny Family Manager Position - Full-Time or Part-Time - Starting in February

We are looking for an at-home nanny & family manager who is dependable & reliable and is also organized, who can help nanny our 3-month-old daughter, Ella, and after-school care for our son Finn.
Nanny expectations would be helping with naps, feedings, changing, playing, and doing developmental activities at our home in West Middleton.
In addition, the family manager's duties are to help manage our family, to help us take the stress off of us with meal planning, laundry for the kids, managing the calendar/schedule, running errands, etc.
Start Date: starting February 4, 2026.
*The start date can be flexible anytime in February.
The schedule is also flexible, with full-time or part-time options.

Pay range is based on relevant experience.
Responsibilities Overview:
We are an active family with a busy schedule, full of activities, and on the go. We would need someone with a lot of energy who is up for adventures and also likes dogs, as we do have 2 very friendly dogs (Cockapoo & Pudelpointer).
