      Position Summary/Job Duties:

      We are looking for a fun, energetic, kind, and reliable caregiver to spend the Summer with our two kids (daughter age 5, son age 7). If you love being active, getting outside, doing arts and crafts, and planning simple adventures around the community, you’ll be a great fit. Our daughter loves arts and crafts, gymnastics, going to the library, playdates with neighborhood friends. Our Son loves writing, drawing, time with neighborhood friends, and also sports such as Soccer, Hockey, and Football.

      There is also an opportunity to start this Winter or Spring with our family, during the school year, for 1–2 after‑school days per week or occasional evening babysitting, if interested.

      Summer Responsibilities

      • Provide engaging, attentive care 3–4 days per week
      • Plan and participate in fun activities, crafts, outings, and playtime
      • Drive children to local events, to playdates with friends, and recreational activities (reliable transportation required, mileage will be reimbursed)
      • Prepare simple snacks and lunches

      Optional School‑Year Responsibilities

      • 1-2 days a week (flexible on days), 3-6 hours total
      • Pick up children from their school at 2:20pm
      • Bring them home, offer a snack, and play until parents return from work around 5:30pm
      • and/or occasional evening babysitting if available

      What We’re Looking For

      • Responsible, warm, and energetic caregiver.
      • Enjoys arts & crafts, sports, planning outings, and time outdoors.
      • Comfortable driving with children and has reliable transportation.
      • Animal lover (we have a small, friendly dog).
      • Prior childcare experience preferred
