Job Description
- Req#: 59117
- Learn rep tools including Salesforce, Redspot etc.
- Assist with tray restocking and inventory management.
- Learn day to day responsibilities of a Sales Rep through surgical observation and hands-on experience in a lab setting.
- Understand how to sell and demonstrate proper use of Arthrex Products.
- Field travel in Naples up to 85%.
- College senior progressing towards a college degree in a related field or recent graduate required. (Students who have recently graduated are only eligible to work as an intern/co-op up to six months from their graduation date.)
- Medical sales experience preferred.
- Willing and able to work around cadaveric specimens and in an operating room setting required.
- Strong presentation skills required.

Arthrex is actively searching for a Sales Intern for our local market in Naples, Florida, to assist and support the Naples Sales team in our initiatives with our market leading position in Shoulder, Knee, Hip and general sports medicine. The successful candidate will work with the local sales team and continue to drive our position as a market leader in Collier County. This internship will run from January 2024 – April 2024. The ideal candidate will have the availability to work 40 hours per week at our Naples, FL facility.

Education and Experience:
Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:
Basic to intermediate computer skills. Be able to follow written and verbal direction.
Machine, Tools, and/or Equipment Skills:
PC; Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook; PowerPoint; Word and Excel. Fax; Scanner.
