      Job Description:
      • Strong knowledge of medical claims processing.
      • Expert in Claims Processing functionalities Pricing, Benefit Processing, COB, Payment Resolution, 835, EOB.
      • Excellent analytical and organizational skills including the ability to manage multiple concurrent assignments.
      • MS Excel and TL SQL skills
      • Experience submitting CSRs and follow-up with NASCO.
      • Analyzes current business processes and systems to provide business process improvement ideas.
      • Gathers requirements and develop detailed documentation related to systems requirements and conceptual solutions..
      Required Qualifications:
      • 5+ years Strong Functional knowledge of End to End Medical Claims Processing
      • Strong Analytical abilities to conduct Analysis independently or as part of a team, leveraging Excel and other similar tools.
      • Expert of NASCO Applications EEC, HIQK, Benefit File and BCBSM application BFAST.
      • Working experience of NASCO process for preparation of different type of CSRs (Technical, Consulting, Ballpark).
      • Working experience of EDI HIPAA transactions - 837P/I/D, 835 and 270/271.
      • Expert in System Integrated Testing, User Acceptance Testing and Claims test data preparation in NPS.
      • Expert in preparation of SIT/UAT test grids, RTM, Implementation Plan and Post Implementation Validation Plan.
      • Should have knowledge of SQL to pull data as needed for analysis

      Education/Certifications:
      • Bachelor degree required in Computer Science or Management Information Systems
