What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop expert software and applications skills to support laboratory automation systems
- Communicate complex concepts effectively to internal and external customers
- Provide advanced applications and workflow troubleshooting
- Transfer vital system knowledge and operational skills to customers and support personnel
- Execute implementation processes to create reference level customers

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelors degree in Medical, Biological Sciences, or Engineering, or related technical major with 3+ years relevant industry or military experience
- Operational experience with Diagnostics laboratory instrumentation
- Highly flexible and willing to travel domestically at least 80% of the time
- Work from a home-based office located within one hour of a major metropolitan airport
- Previous experience in Diagnostics Laboratory Automation Applications highly preferred

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Strong computer skills (MS Office), knowledge of network/LIS communication and troubleshooting skills
