What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage relationships between national insurance carriers and the employer
- Negotiate agreements with key partners
- Facilitate carrier support and participation in key employer initiatives
- Support field sales, marketing, and claims teams in resolving carrier-specific issues
- Travel approximately 30-45% of the time
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 7+ years of experience in the business insurance industry
- Experience within a broker/agency environment
- Ability to partner effectively with senior executives and insurance carriers
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Thorough command of property/casualty markets and products
