What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement the organizational Talent Acquisition Strategy
- Manage a national recruitment budget
- Provide expert consultation to local recruitment teams
- Train and guide 30+ recruiters/teams across the organization
- Stay current with recruitment and industry trends
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of six (6) years of full cycle, high-volume recruitment
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience leading/managing a recruitment function
- Experience working in a behavioral healthcare/healthcare environment
- Change management skills required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master’s degree and/or Human Resources/Recruitment certification
- Experience working in iCIMS
