What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Facilitate Psychiatry training classes and meetings in both live and virtual environments
- Mentor and coach newly hired sales representatives during their training program
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of training programs and workshops
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure training content meets the needs of the sales team
- Assess training and development needs of the sales force and create relevant resources
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical industry sales experience
- Strong clinical expertise in Psychiatry preferred
- Proven top performance in current role, with recommendation from supervisor
- Experience in presenting and facilitating training to groups of various sizes

- Strong interpersonal skills to establish positive business partnerships
