What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support and maintain the Beer & RTD sales forecast for the Canadian market, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Prepare documentation and reports to aid key stakeholders in decision-making
- Conduct regular analysis of historical sales and distribution trends for Sales and Marketing planning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely analysis and mitigate risks to delivery
- Report and measure forecast performance and support continuous improvement initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Math, Operations Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience with in-depth knowledge of forecasting applications
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas)
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and high-level analytical skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service orientation
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Understanding of MRP/DRP applications and inventory management principles
- Working knowledge of Smoothie forecasting or similar systems
- Bilingual (French and English) considered an asset
- Ability to negotiate and build strong relationships across multiple levels of the organization
