      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead on-site implementation of complex automation systems in laboratory settings
      - Provide national level escalation support by diagnosing and troubleshooting complex electro/mechanical equipment and software
      - Deliver technical troubleshooting support, both on-site and via remote phone assistance
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Technical Support, Field Service, and Sales
      - Train and mentor internal and external customers on technical skills and knowledge

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related discipline with 3+ years of relevant industry or military experience; or Associate's Degree with 5+ years of relevant experience
      - Experience in complex electro-mechanical troubleshooting and repair
      - Willingness to travel domestically at least 80% of the time
      - Strong interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and troubleshooting network/LIS communication

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with Standard Laboratory Practices, including Quality Control and regulatory requirements
      - Proven ability to facilitate discussions and communicate effectively in customer-facing situations
