Employer is seeking a National Leasing Specialist to join our Sales and Leasing Department. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to lease and market apartments at various PeakMade communities across the country. What You'll Do:

- Market and lease apartments in accordance with employer's policies and procedures
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with residents
- Greet prospective residents, show model units, and highlight property features
- Assist prospective residents with completing online applications
- Respond to internet leads and conduct property tours
- Utilize sales and marketing strategies to increase property traffic and achieve occupancy goals
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the property and competition
- Assist with market surveys and collect deposits and fees associated with move-in
- Prepare lease-related paperwork accurately and in a timely manner
- Conduct unit inspections and assist with resident events
- Renew leases and assist with move-out process
- Perform administrative tasks as needed

What You'll Need:

- College Degree preferred
- Experience in multi-family or student housing leasing
- Proficiency in social networking platforms
- Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations
- Leasing Manager experience is a plus
- Willingness to work weekends and travel up to 95%
- Valid driver's license and ability to rent a car
