      Job Summary:

      We are looking for a professional Sales Executive with experience in business-to-business sales in the signage and branding industry. The National Program Sales Executive will develop, or bring with them a book of business, both within and outside of our current customer base by educating and showcasing how Jones Sign Company can support their business growth through a wide array of signage and branding elements. The primary target of this role will be national account programs in the petroleum, retail, QSR, finance, healthcare, automotive or any other sector where an opportunity arises.

      Duties and Expectations:

      • Identify and develop potential sales leads with national and regional companies
      • Respond to miscellaneous requests from RFI's, RFQ's, documents and/or marketing materials
      • Close leads to exceed minimum sales goals
      • Adhere to all corporate branding guidelines and bid submission processes of the client
      • Assist and facilitate the submittal processes to quickly develop accurate proposals
      • Expand product and service offerings within existing customer accounts to increase sales and profitability
      • Present the full array of services Jones Sign can provide prospects while developing sales solutions to fit client-specific needs
      • Develop solutions to client concerns
      • Be an unbiased client advocate
      • Prepare and facilitate sales proposal for customers
      • Conduct quarterly client check-in
      • Bridge the gap between Sales, Project management, and the Customer

      Education, Experience or Specific Skills:

      • Associate degree in a related field - marketing, business development, construction management, architectural or structural design.
      • Bachelor's degree in a similar field is desired.
      • 3+ years of sign sales experience with demonstrated success in business to business selling desired.
      • Capable of working outside of the non-traditional work hours, as is common in sales.
      • Sign, branding and marketing experience a plus.
      • Robust ability to analyze options and problem solve the unexpected.
      • Ability to read blueprints and technical documents required; mechanical aptitude is desired.
      • Capable of doing or learning site surveys and field measurements.
      • Sales-related training a plus.
      • Valid driver's license
