      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the first point of contact for the purchasing department
      - Respond to incoming emails and phone calls, including special order requests and order status inquiries
      - Provide administrative assistance to the purchasing manager, director, and senior project manager
      - Manage various services such as medical waste, postage, linens, and shredding for the sites
      - Review and research open items in the purchasing system, including invoice discrepancies and PO reconciliation

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor or Associate Degree in a related field
      - Minimum of 3 years of purchasing/procurement, management, or customer service experience
      - Excellent communication and negotiation skills
      - Strong accounting understanding
      - Hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
