What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Understand and support the sales processes and procedures used by the employer's sales teams
- Enter and revise sales orders and submit special billing requests
- Collaborate with Account Executives to generate proposals and manage campaign tasks
- Interface with clients regarding integrated campaign management and billing issues
- Assist the sales team with the creation of sales materials and recaps
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a sales support or operational support role
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Technical aptitude with knowledge of Microsoft Suite and Salesforce
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A strong desire to learn about media sales
