      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Prospect for new business and manage the full sales cycle, including pipeline management
      - Break into large accounts and close significant deals with C-level decision-makers
      - Collaborate with co-workers and leadership to drive sales efforts
      - Conduct cold calls, face-to-face meetings, and client presentations to generate excitement about services
      - Utilize networking resources like LinkedIn to identify and pursue new business opportunities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5+ years of field or outside sales experience with a proven track record in hunting and closing
      - Experience in industrial sales (e.g., manufacturing, construction, utility, petrochemical)
      - Bachelor’s degree or higher
      - Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
      - Willingness to travel and thrive in a fast-paced environment
