      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the sales team to achieve recruiting and revenue targets while driving business growth
      - Foster relationships with agents and expand the agent base to enhance profitability
      - Manage a team of Regional Directors and Internal Wholesalers to develop new writing agents
      - Collaborate with upper management and other departments to create product demand and recognition
      - Document results from account visits and maintain communication with agents to address opportunities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or equivalent experience
      - Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales management
      - Proven experience in developing and implementing successful sales strategies
      - Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on networking and face-to-face interaction
      - Self-motivated team player with excellent organizational and detail-oriented skills

      - Experience managing budgets, expenses, and forecasts
