National Sales Director, Provista (Non-Acute)

- Drive revenue through expanding relationships with existing clients.
- Collaborate with internal operations, clients and strategic Supply/Distribution partners to enhance communication and improve client cost, quality and market performance.
- Demonstrate expert knowledge of and monitor the client's industry and competitive environment in order to create effective client solutions.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to increase contract and program participation.
- Lead negotiations and secure long-term, profitable client agreements.
- Partner with internal and external teams during supplier, distributor and client negotiations to support requests for information and proposals (RFI, RFP, etc.).
- Relevant degree preferred.
- 7 or more years of relevant experience required.
- Experience in sales, account management, or client success, with a strong focus on managing large enterprise accounts in the non-acute healthcare space, preferably within GPO or supply chain environments.
- Skilled in analyzing spend data and using strategic insights to uncover sales opportunities and deliver cost-saving client solutions.
- Adept at building and influencing executive relationships, including C-suite stakeholders, to foster long-term, trust-based partnerships.
- Proficient in proposal writing and CRM platforms like Salesforce, with advanced analytical skills using Excel or Tableau and a solid understanding of RFP/RFI processes and procurement protocols.
- Ability to travel regularly and expeditiously throughout the year to meet client's needs.

Provista is a leading group purchasing organization (GPO) and business solutions provider, specializing in supply chain management, procurement optimization, and operational efficiency for various industries, including non-acute healthcare, hospitality, and corporate sectors.
Summary:
In this role, you will drive revenue growth by maximizing contract utilization, selling Vizient and Provista solutions and building strategic executive relationships within Provista's largest key accounts. You will engage with suppliers, distributors and internal teams to drive strategic initiatives and desired results.

Estimated Hiring Range:
At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $102,400.00 to $179,000.00.
This position is also incentive eligible.
