      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Aggressively pursue new targeted accounts that align with the national accounts ideal customer profile
      - Negotiate contract terms in collaboration with legal and contracts teams
      - Consult with customers to ensure service delivery meets expectations
      - Develop pricing models to attract and retain workers for individual jobs
      - Coach and mentor national account managers and inside account managers

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Three to five years of experience selling to senior-level customers and five years in account management and strategic sales of major accounts
      - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
      - Strong record of sales and account retention
      - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
      - Valid driver's license and willingness to travel up to 30%

      - Prior experience managing in the staffing industry
      - Vision and project management skills
      - Ability to effectively market and sell the company's value proposition
      - Demonstrated success in developing and maintaining professional contacts
      - Expert level Excel and strong proficiency in Microsoft products
