What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prospect for new business and grow existing accounts, dedicating 70% of time to prospecting
- Break into challenging accounts and close large deals by selling service solutions to C-level decision makers
- Work collaboratively with co-workers and leadership to drive sales
- Conduct extensive prospecting, cold calling, face-to-face meetings, and client presentations
- Utilize existing networks and resources to generate new business opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 5+ years of field or outside sales experience, with a proven track record of hunting to closing (full sales cycle)
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Excellent relationship building, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and stay motivated

- Strong connections in the industry or proven ability to overcome rejection to achieve results
