What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Generate conference business through personal visits and direct telephone sales
- Book meetings, conferences, and social guests from assigned areas
- Maintain and rework old account files while soliciting new accounts
- Attend trade shows and industry events relevant to assigned markets
- Maintain accurate forecasts and recap information while keeping in constant contact with corporate planners

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Preferred 3-5 years of sales experience in group sales at a 3 or 4 Diamond resort with 200+ rooms
- High school diploma or equivalent; minimum of 2 years of college is desirable
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proven ability to function in high-impact customer situations
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
