      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with sales, marketing, and IT teams to enhance the Salesforce platform and provide education to regional sales teams
      - Create and maintain training documentation, including templates and instructional videos
      - Conduct regular training sessions, including train-the-trainer programs for Salesforce Regional Super Users and sales teams
      - Mentor regional Salesforce Super Users and facilitate knowledge-sharing through user groups and discussions
      - Stay updated on Salesforce system improvements in partnership with the IT team

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years working with Salesforce in a support capacity
      - At least 3 years of experience in training and development, including delivering live training sessions
      - Strong presentation, organizational, and communication skills
      - Proven ability to create and host engaging presentations
      - Proficiency in MS Office software (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, Word, etc.)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Salesforce Certifications such as Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder, and Consultant certifications
      - Experience working with sales teams and understanding sales processes
