What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate roadside assistance through vendor partners, including dispatching services and monitoring live jobs
- Set up replacement rentals for clients in need of alternative transportation
- Research delays for roadside service and communicate with vendor partners to provide updates
- Relay repair approvals to repair facilities on behalf of clients
- Maintain regular communication with third-party vendors and Fleet drivers to ensure prompt service
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must reside in the St. Louis Metropolitan area or surrounding MO/IL counties
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in customer and/or vendor support
- Minimum of two (2) years of administrative support experience
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
