What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical assistance and project management for resolving complex technical issues
- Support new product introductions and installations both on-site and remotely
- Lead the repair and resolution of technical problems while instructing team members in the process
- Serve as the primary interface for field problem escalation and provide expertise to field associates
- Offer training and technical assistance to the Field Organization as a modality expert
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Biomed, or related field preferred with at least 5 years of experience in Healthcare/IT Technologies
- CCNA certification required; CCNP preferred with enterprise network troubleshooting experience
- VMware certifications or equivalent experience; Wireshark Certified Network Analyst or equivalent experience
- Experience working in a hospital setting with adaptability to a complex, fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to manage customer relations effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience with Philips’ telemetry design and troubleshooting
- Additional certifications in Microsoft technologies (e.g., MCTS, MCITP, VM WARE)
- Proven ability to lead teams and achieve objectives without formal authority
