Job Description
- Req#: 3263
- Provide monthly and daily AFS (Available For Sale) to marketing team to ensure adequate residue sales.
- Ensure daily nominations in Latitude are correct and match the corresponding pipeline’s customer activity website.
- Communicate operations/plant/pipeline maintenance to the appropriate parties.
- Responsible for managing TIK shipper and pipeline imbalances, coordinating imbalance payback/makeup with TIK shippers, Targa gas marketing, and pipelines.
- Troubleshoot issues, develop solutions, and escalate the problem if necessary.
- Ensure Latitude matches (scheduled and measurement volumes) pipeline’s customer activity website (CAW) and provide accounting with monthly closing documents.
- Rotational on-call (Paid)
- Other projects and duties, as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree or related equivalent experience
- Must be able to perform at a high-level with minimum supervision in a team environment.
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Detail oriented with strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, multitask and meet strict time-sensitive deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Regular and reliable attendance
- Gas Control, Production Analyst, and/or Plant Scheduling Representative experience preferred.
- Global Energy Management (GEM) Professional/Track Program
