      Golden Nugget Atlantic City has an excellent career opportunity for individuals that exhibit exceptional guest service and hospitality!

      ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

      • Greets guests in a professional, pleasant and helpful manner and directs them to their seats promptly.
      • Responsible for a point-of-sale register and accepting credit cards, cash, comps or in payment of food and beverage charges.
      • Monitors restaurant activity to determine seating/dining flow.
      • Responds to guest inquiries and requests in a timely manner.
      • Performs opening and closing duties as directed by supervisor or manager.
      • Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations, Federal and State laws and regulations, and Golden Nugget and departmental policies and procedures.
      • Consistently deliver positive, courteous and professional guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors and fellow employees.
      • Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service.
      • Performs any other duties as assigned.


      EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIRED:

      One (1) year work experience in a similar environment. Previous money handling experience preferred. Must be professional and neat in appearance. Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
