      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Review and revise online courses to meet accessibility and copyright standards
      - Use designated technologies to caption videos according to specifications
      - Update course content in the Canvas Learning Management System as directed
      - Plan, design, and format course materials provided by content developers
      - Collaborate with team members to ensure all tasks meet instructional design specifications

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3+ years of experience in instructional design, preferably using Canvas or a current Learning Management System
      - 3+ years of experience designing online content for K-12 educational settings
      - Strong understanding of copyright laws, fair use, and accessibility guidelines
      - Availability to work consistently for at least 15 hours per week
      - Ability to complete online training as assigned

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with lesson authoring tools such as H5P
      - Background in creating and editing video content for educational purposes
      - Familiarity with instructional design principles and best practices
      - Previous experience collaborating with curriculum development teams
      - Knowledge of current trends in online education and instructional technology
